Position: Senior Bioinformatics Programmer

Duties: Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipeline for data analysis; Test and tune new software tools for processing new data type produced by new core services; Software tool development; Manage data storage and data transfer to research groups; Generate QC reports for each dataset; Benchmark different software tools and identify ones that suitable for analyzing data generated at the core; Perform primary and secondary analysis of the dataset
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biological Science, or a related field; Three years of relevant experience
