Requirements: The candidates should hold a PhD degree, or equivalent experience in an appropriate subject and be experienced in developing and deploying deep learning algorithms; To be appointed at Grade 8, substantial experience in translational research, surgical simulation, and/or applied AI to surgery or other interventional procedures is essential. This position is based in The Wellcome / EPSRC Centre for Interventional and Surgical Sciences (WEISS), located at Charles Bell House in London. We are well supported by state of the art computational facilities and surgical laboratories. This post is funded for 2 years in the first instance. Key Requirements The candidates should hold a PhD degree, or equivalent experience in an appropriate subject and be experienced in developing and deploying deep learning algorithms.
