Position: Actuarial Analyst (HNW)

Duties: Perform Portfolio Review; analysing and identifying profitably performing areas of the business; Regular monitoring and analysis of portfolio and communicating findings to senior staff members; Perform the parameterisation of the capital model to analyse loss ratio distributions; Support the Underwriting team in their decision making and portfolio management; Build relationships with other functions: Underwriting, Finance, Sales, Operations, Claims, Business Intelligence and IT; Prepare and validate data used within the business
Requirements: Undergraduate degree with significant numerical content for example Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science or relevant field; Working towards Actuarial exams; Good written and oral communication skills; ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms; Good Interpersonal skills and can work well in a team environment; Experience in handling a large amount of data. Proficiency in SQL, Radar, Emblem or Python is required
