The successful candidate will: · assume the Associate Hospice Medical Director/Hospice Team Physician Role for the University of Vermont Home Health & Hospice · care for patients and families receiving inpatient hospice care at the Miller McClure Respite House and those receiving home hospice and palliative care services in home settings · demonstrate outstanding communication skills in interpersonal, clinical, and teaching settings · enhance the Division’s focus on Excellence in Communication quality, innovation, medical training, scholarship, and research This is a half-time (0.5 FTE ) position and is based at the University of Vermont Home Health & Hospice in Colchester, VT. The clinical appointment will be at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the Clinical Scholar pathway commensurate with experience.
