The research group „Experimental Neuroimmunology“ at the Department of Biomedicine at the University of Basel / University Hospital of Basel is looking for a new team member with strong expertise in B cell repertoire and single cell transcriptomic analysis for an open rank position (PhD student / postdoc / staff). Your position You will be working on planning and designing experiments involving single cell and bulk transcriptome and immune profiling of patient samples and mouse tissues and will be leading and further developing our computational transcriptome and immune repertoire analysis pipeline. Your profile We seek a dedicated and passionate team player with a strong computational background in transcriptome and B cell repertoire analysis to join our team.
