Position:	Application Administrator

Duties:	Plans, installs, and maintains business applications including software upgrades patches, and new releases; Monitors the business applications, document and analyse problems, maintenance activities; Provides 2nd level of technical support for all corporate business applications and software components; Fully responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
Requirements:	Experience with Microsoft Windows computing environments; Experience with O365 and the Microsoft Azure platform is a plus; Experience with installing, configuring and maintaining small- to mid-sized business systems and applications; Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools; Experience with monitoring tools; Including installation, configuration and maintenance of such tools; Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell
