Position: Principal, Business Intelligence

Duties: Create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed analyses to operational and strategic questions. Provide forward-looking insights and propose recommendations; Establish a relationship between data from systems of the Sales and Marketing Tech Stack; Partner with the Data Engineering team to acquire, analyze, clean, and structure data that can be leveraged for GTM insights generation; Present analyses and findings to stakeholders; 'telling the story and identifying drivers and opportunities of business performance; Deliver insights and recommendations to help leadership and cross-functional stakeholders better understand business performance, customer behavior and support strategic and tactical decisions to improve outcomes; Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or similar Domain; 5+ years relevant experience, or equivalent; Strong SQL skills are required; PowerBI development skills are required; Experience with Systems of the Sales and Marketing Tech Stack in the context of business data insight development, such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, Eloqua, Outreach, Salesloft, Hubspot, Google, Abobe Marketing Suite, etc; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, VBA, and PPT)

Go-To-Market Decision Science Team is responsible for delivering insights, recommendations and supporting day-to-day analytics needs and decision support to cross-functional stakeholders. We are looking for people who want to leverage data and advanced analytics techniques to solve and support complex business problems. The Principal Data Analyst will be responsible for delivering insights and recommendations to drive growth, engagement and measure the performance of our GTM efforts. The Principal of Business Intelligence will work closely with cross-functional leaders and managers to develop data-informed strategies to monitor and optimize sales and marketing programs. You will report on key business measures, deliver insights, develop compelling data visualizations, data mine, and tell our story to current and prospective business partners.
