Text: Bioinformatician in Experimental Blood Cancer Research 50-100% (upon negotiation) The childhood leukemia research group is seeking a highly motivated member for our team at the Department of Biomedicine of the University Children's Hospital in Basel/Switzerland. We are looking for a bioinformatician to analyze high-throughput genomics data emerging from our models for blood cancer (Stavropoulou et al., Cancer Cell 2016, Lopez et al., Cancer Discovery, 2019). Your position The successful candidate will analyze high throughput data from next-generation sequencing (including bulk and single-cell experiments) and proteomics. You will work in close collaboration with the DBM Bioinformatics Core Facility.
