Position: Project Officer

Duties: Contribute to the project plan definition and contribute to budget elaboration and follow-up; Execute project activities in compliance with the project plan and by keeping the overview about all relevant project aspects; Ensure that the project outcomes full fill the expectations in terms of costs, timing, quality and adequacy; Manage communication with the relevant stakeholders all along the project duration; Assess and select suppliers, possible partners and other relevant organisations, based on agreed project requirements and build and maintain relationships with them; Ensure periodical project reporting according to defined formats and project standards and propose corrective measures if necessary
Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent by work experience, medical studies are considered as an advantage; 4-6 years of relevant working experience in medicine or biology field; Solid experience in project management used to coordinate and organise the project office for complex and multidisciplinary projects involving multiple internal and external parties; Strong communication skills; Fluent in English and French, and other language is a plus
