Requirements: This role requires that the post holder works on their own initiative and are able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous; The ideal candidate will have a strong organisational background with an understanding of HEI administrative, student and financial systems. They must have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, and demonstrate a strong teamwork ethic. Text: Teaching Administrator, - Ref:1878449 Click here to go back to search results Apply Now UCL Department / Division Institute of Epidemiology & Health Care Specific unit / Sub department Primary Care & Population Health Location of position London Grade 6 Hours Part Time Hours per week (%FTE) 29.2 hours per week (80% FTE) Salary (inclusive of London allowance) £29,802 - £34,867 per annum Salary pro-rata for part time vacancies Duties and Responsibilities This post is an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and committed individual to join a team of administrators within the Research Department of Primary Care and Population Health (within Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care) to collaboratively support community focused teaching on the MBBS in Student Selected Components (SSC), the patient pathway in Integrated and Community Care (PPICC). This role will include the administration of student placements and timetables, allocating students to practices and maintaining effective communication with students, practices and teaching staff, maintaining student records, assisting with student recruitment and the production of course materials and standard operating procedures, and contributing towards the organisation of the GP Tutor's annual conference. The role is funded until 31st July 2022 in the first instance, with renewal subject to further funding.
