This post works closely with the Director’s Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to ensure that Professor Mazzucato’s needs are anticipated and supported
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and a proven record of coordinating logistics for meetings and events, in online and in-person formats. The role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL thus a professional attitude, willingness to help, and ability to remain tactful and assertive are required in order to effectively execute the duties outlined
   
Text: Digital Media and Events Co-ordinator, - Ref:1877599 Click here to go back to search results Apply Now UCL Department / Division Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose Location of position London Grade 7 Hours Full Time Salary (inclusive of London allowance) £36,028 - £43,533 per annum Duties and Responsibilities The Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is a department within UCL and part of The Bartlett faculty, known internationally for its radical thinking about space, design and sustainability. The work of the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is influencing global policy decisions and creating new policy collaborations to deliver public value-driven innovations. The Digital Media and Events Coordinator will provide high level support to the Institute Director Professor Mariana Mazzucato with a focus on meeting and event coordination, website updates, social media management, minute taking and liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders, alongside broader executive support. This post works closely with the Directors Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to ensure that Professor Mazzucatos needs are anticipated and supported. This appointment is available until the 31st of July 2023 in the first instance.
