Position: Short Course Co-ordinator

Duties: The post holder will work closely with the Enterprise Manager, Director of Operations and Vice Dean Enterprise to develop and deliver the short course strategy for UCL Institute of Education. This will involve working with academic departments with the faculty to identify and develop new short course opportunities, and working with colleagues in Marketing to promote opportunities, as well as working with other departments to develop online short course opportunities that are financially viable and sustainable. You will be creating new short course content for the IOE and UCL website, social media, database management, and email marketing. You will also manage and grow existing short course initiative, identify new ideas for short courses and present their feasibility before managing implementation. You will monitor and evaluate short courses against agreed objectives and key performance indicators. You will also provide marketing support for other enterprise projects
Requirements: The successful candidate will have excellent business administration skills. You will be highly organised and have a professional approach to work with the ability to exercise initiative and prioritise under pressure to meet multiple deadlines; You will have a proven track record of developing and managing an existing portfolio of online, blended and face-to-face world-class short course content, and significant experience of successfully delivering and achieving objectives. You will be possess good commercial awareness of the short course sector in the field of Education
