Position: Solution Analyst

Duties: Report to the Product Owner who’s responsible for Product roadmap and overall vision; Interact with your Product team to share knowledge and build a consistent and powerful product; Interact with other Product teams in order to build a consistent IT landscape and increase user benefit by integrating products; Within the Product roadmap, take responsibility and accountability on some modules; Define, maintain and track the project organization needed to deliver a new module or a significant set of new functionalities on an existing module; Collect and assess business requirements, propose alternative solutions to the business needs; Document the business requirements in user stories, organize them in epics and themes; Assess value and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum value and alignment with module strategy
Requirements: Previous working experience as a Solution Analyst/Business Analyst for 3-5 year(s); Higher degree or equivalent experience in the IT domain; Knowledge of Agile methodology and its principles; Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; Creative thinker with a vision; Attention to details; Knowledgeable about Test management, training and documentation; Empathic to business users and to teammates

The University of Luxembourg is looking for a Solution Analyst within its Service Informatique de l'Université (SIU), which is part of the Central Administration.
