Duties: The UCL School of Management is home to UCLs business and management research and education programmes. The School has forged a reputation for world-leading research and teaching in the areas of innovation management, the creation and growth of technology-intensive organisations, business analytics and entrepreneurship; The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated executive support to the UCL School of Management Director and a team of four Deputy Directors. This will include diary management, arranging meetings and minute taking, event managing and liaising with a wide variety of people; You will be part of a friendly, supportive and diverse team of professional services colleagues based on the newly renovated 50th floor of One Canada Square in Canary Wharf, at the heart of Europes premier finance and business district
Requirements: The role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL thus a professional attitude, willingness to help, and ability to remain tactful and assertive are required. The post holder will be expected to have proven experience of providing effective Executive Assistant support in a complex organisation, including organising and servicing meetings and using online systems to process expenses
