Duties: The post is within CMIC to support the current Administrator across the different areas of their role (for instance and not limited to: procurement, finance support, office administration, events support, meeting arrangements, travel and conference arrangements) and to provide dedicated PA support to designated senior academic staff and their teams (complex scheduling and meeting arrangements)
Requirements: CMIC offers a vibrant dynamic research environment to its 21 academics and their teams (research staff and postgraduate students). Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and of delivering on multiple projects simultaneously are essential to successfully fulfil the duties of the role. Accuracy, attention to detail, a commitment to customer focus and a commitment to professional and personal development are also essential. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment are desirable

CMIC is a large research group that combines methodological researchers from the Departments of Computer Science and Medical Physics & Biomedical Engineering with biomedical and clinical groups in UCLs Medical Faculties.
