Duties: Realises small projects/sub-projects throughout the pursuit process, e.g., development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages; Help facilitate in pursuit strategy sessions, managing output and driving actions; Source information from relevant internal sources and teams etc; Drafting of standard sections of the proposal/RFP response using standard templates and best practice proposal materials
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in a related field such as Sales & Marketing or Business Administration; Bilngual in German and English, French is a plus; Excellent communications skills (written and verbal); Excellent project management skills

What you can expect - enriching experiences that will last a lifetime Strategic pursuit and opportunity management Realises small projects / sub-projects throughout the pursuit process, e.g., development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages Help facilitate in pursuit strategy sessions, managing output and driving actions Source information from relevant internal sources and teams etc. Drafting of standard sections of the proposal/RFP response using standard templates and best practice proposal materials Strategic client, internal and external communications Assist in development of strategic messaging and lead conceptualization of all client-facing pursuit collateral Help manage the development of opportunity value propositions Responsible for quality control of all client-facing materials during the pursuit Act as the knowledge steward for the pursuit Administration and reporting Co-lead post pursuit analysis and review; makes recommendations for process improvement Maintain relationships with other Markets Activation teams and key interdependency groups across the organization Assist with reporting and quality control procedures for client-facing collateral Coordinate support services, as required Analytical/decision making responsibilities Effectively handle routine tasks including follow-up and respond appropriately to unexpected situations, communicating the concerns to Pursuits Enablement leadership as and when required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines which are essential for a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate best work practices within department and among other teams Exhibit innovative thinking and flexible approach while managing out-of-scope requests Demonstrates excellent customer service skills including telephone, skype and e-mail support Solution-oriented and makes sound decisions quickly, given tight timeframes Demonstrate versatility in a constantly evolving environment with a wide variety of social styles What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in a related field such as Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
