Position: Pre-announcement of 15 Early-Stage Researcher (ESR) positions for the European Training Network in the field of Cyber-Physical Energy Systems

Duties: InnoCyPES, to be funded under H2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), Innovative Training Networks (ITN), is making a preannouncement of the available positions for talented, enthusiastic, and ambitious candidates to make excellent research and breakthroughs in the field of cyber-physical energy systems. All the 15 ESRs will enroll in PhD programmes and be employed for 36 or 48 months in the network by 7 academic and 4 industrial beneficiaries, together with 10 partner organizations. InnoCyPES targets at the bottlenecks of digital transformation of the current energy system, where the ESRs are expected to study and improve various facets of digitalized and interconnected energy systems
Requirements: have obtained Master’s degree or equivalent; have an excellent academic record (grades of B or higher) and good command of English (minimum C1 or equivalent); have engineering background relevant to the following areas but not limited to: information science, energy systems engineering, or social science
