Position: Research Scientist in Advanced Quantum Mechanics

Duties: Identify, apply for and manage research funding as well as allocate project resources; Collect, interpret, analyse research related data and results, and advise other researchers, at request or at own initiative; Develop methodologies and techniques; Write up research fundings and support the development of scientific articles for publication and dissemination; Disseminate results at international scientific conferences/workshops; Supervise doctoral researchers as primary supervison; Prepare and teach allotted course components; Contribute to student assessment activities
Requirements: At least 10 years demonstrated experience in the development of quantum-mechanical (QM) methods, implementation of these methods into electronic-structure software packages, the application of QM methods to modeling of complex molecules and materials; Demonstrating an established track record of collaboration with experimental group; Possessing a proven track record of publishing in leading peer-reviewed journals; Experience in managing research grants, and supervising students; Very good communication skills and team spirit; Very good project management skills; Excellent level of English is required
