The post holder will be responsible for supporting and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives within the School and for coordinating the School’s efforts to achieve and maintain business school accreditations (e.g. AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS)
Requirements: You will have experience in coordinating accreditation processes in higher education or business school context and it would be desirable to have some experience of working on university EDI activities and initiatives. The ability to build networks and positively influence academic and professional services staff will be paramount. As well as having strong project management, time management, and organisational skills, you will also have the demonstrable ability to independently collect, analyse and present/report on data

The post holder will be responsible for supporting and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives within the School and for coordinating the Schools efforts to achieve and maintain business school accreditations (e.g. AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS). The post-holder will work with the Schools EDI lead to implement Athena SWAN initiatives and embed EDI at the core of the Schools culture, and will also work with the Schools Deputy Directors to build operational and data management structures to co-ordinate all accreditation standards and requirements. The School has forged a reputation for world-leading research and teaching in the areas of innovation management, the creation and growth of technology-intensive organisations, business analytics and entrepreneurship This is an exciting opportunity to join the School in the newly created role of Accreditation and Diversity Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives within the School and for coordinating the Schools efforts to achieve and maintain business school accreditations (e.g. AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS). In addition to working with the Schools EDI lead to implement Athena SWAN initiatives and embed EDI at the core of the Schools culture, you will also work with the Schools Deputy Directors to build operational and data management structures to co-ordinate all accreditation standards and requirements. You will be part of a friendly, supportive and diverse team of professional services colleagues based on the newly renovated 50th floor of One Canada Square in Canary Wharf, at the heart of Europes premier finance and business district (although remote working is currently in place in line with the Government guidance).
