Position: Paralegal in Data Protection
Institution: University of Luxembourg
Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: Work closely with the DPO on tasks and missions detailed in the GDPR and the University Data Protection Policy; Assist the DPO in the new phase of contractual and informational framework for GDPR compliance in different research contexts and University’s administrative activities (e.g GDPR contractual templates, information notice templates...); Support the DPO in developing training material targeting administrative and academic staff; Support the annual compliance documentation review (e.g. records of personal data processing); Support the DPO in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessment
Requirements: University degree in Law, minimum Master level or equivalent; Experience in a legal position handling data protection issues; Good knowledge of GDPR and related guidelines; Experience about agreement's review; Knowledge about Data Protection Impact Assessment performance or GDPR risk assessment is an advantage; Excellent command of English and fluency in French, any other language is considered as an asset; Service oriented
