Position: Associate Professor position in the field of Applied Statistics with special interest in engineering, life sciences and/or industrial applications

The successful candidate is expected to take an active part in the teaching programme in Data Science at the University of Luxembourg, as well as to apply for joint or individual third-party funding, both at the national and European level. The successful candidate is expected to have a strong track record in development and improvement of new statistical methods with concrete applications in e.g. economics, engineering, big data, or medicine
