Duties: The Teaching & Learning Administrator will provide specialist administration to the Institute’s teaching programmes, ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with all aspects of its administration, and provide support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students from enquiry to completion. This includes supporting committees and processes relating to assessment, student and course records
Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience of administration in higher/further education or a teaching and learning environment, and of administrative work in a busy office environment. Previous experience of course/programme administration, and clear verbal and written communication skills, are also essential. Knowledge of entrance requirements and/or familiarity with UK/Overseas qualifications, and formal qualifications in word processing/IT, would be an advantage

The UCL Institute of Finance and Technology (IFT) sits within CEGE and has been developed in response to a fast changing world of finance and technology to apply original and creative thinking to developing and teaching new courses. IFT will be bringing the latest thinking from academia and business together where professionals of the present and future can experiment, exchange ideas and develop the skills and mindset to evolve and succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing world.
