Position: Assistant to Scientific Director

Duties: Support and assist the Scientific Director in all their responsibilities; Organize meetings, appointments and travel; Preparation and follow-up of meetings; Liaise with the internal departments and external stakeholders; Follow up and implement actions and projects as assigned by the IMBA management
Requirements: University degree or equivalent work experience; Excellent written and spoken English and German; Outstanding communication skills, especially in an international environment; Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize tasks; Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential issues; Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Outstanding organizational and time management skills; Work experience in an international academic or scientific environment is an asset
