Duties: The postholder leads the administrative support for the Health of Older Person, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Psychiatryand Palliative Care (HOPE: 5C) Module undertaken by undergraduate students at UCL Medical School in the 5th year of the MBBS degree. The postholder will be based at the Division of Psychiatry and will work closely with administrators at the three central sites (UCLH, Royal Free and Whittington); The postholder will coordinate the work of psychiatry placement administrator within the Division and have overall responsibility for coordinating teaching activities with psychiatry placement providers, liaising with other specialty and contributing administrators at the three central sites as required; Duration of the post is open ended and is available from January 2021
Requirements: The successful postholder will have the ability to coordinate activities of team members and have excellent organisational ability and attention to detail. Experience of managing academic timetables and knowledge of committee work is also essential for this role
