Position: Manager or Senior Manager - Financial Accounting Advisory Services Banking

Duties: A unique opportunity to explore a wide range of solutions to our clients’ issues and needs as they shape their future CFO/Finance functions. This will enable you to showcase a wide breadth of skills and competencies; The nature of consultancy promises a fast paced and engaging career. You will also have the opportunity to work with recognised Finance specialists around the globe involved in developing new ideas on current industry hot topics; You will lead engagements delivering change across the finance function in the context of accounting, regulatory and business change with a focus on the impact to finance processes, systems, data and control environments; Working on client assignments from day one with a supportive and highly competent team. You will be leading engagements and will manage more junior staff. Your skillset will grow rapidly through numerous training events and client engagements
Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree, complemented with a further relevant professional education (e.g. Swiss Certified Accountant, CPA, or ACCA); 6 - 12 years of relevant experience in Audit and/or Consulting within the Banking sector - incl. expertise in latest IFRS developments; Proactive, flexible and team-oriented from concept and design through to implementation of projects. You have an intellectual curiosity and you are willing to go “the extra mile”; Able to leverage your relevant external network and build your internal networks in a fast-paced and international environment investing in sustainable relationships; English and German are a prerequisite
