Duties: UCLs Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is seeking a Business Manager for Public Policy and Executive Education to drive growth and lead operations of the Institutes executive education and policy programmes; The ideal candidate for the post will have extensive experience helping academic institutions with their commercial portfolios in Executive Education and/or policy consultations. Particularly useful will be experience in building up bespoke courses for business and policy leaders, and experience with policy related projects. The person will be in charge of both fund-raising for the activities, scoping/contracting/negotiating
Requirements: Beyond a substantial policy or executive education background, the key attributes for this role are executive-level leadership and management skills. The idea candidate will be able to develop a new projects and programmes pipeline; build strong relationships with key prospects and partners; deliver clear and compelling proposals; manage high-priority projects from design to delivery; and oversee a budget/P&L
