Position: Manager/Senior Manager - Performance - People Advisory Services

Duties: Take responsibility for several change management projects within complex and potentially multi-national environments; Help clients reshape how they operate and build change management capability within their organization; Analyze, design and deliver creative and innovative solutions tailored to client needs in the area of organizational or process changes and business transformations; Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and tools; Promote the professional and personal development of your team members and take the lead in knowledge sharing and training delivery activities; Spearhead the development of PAS propositions as well as client proposals to generate new business opportunities; Develop long-term client relationships by introducing and presenting PAS offerings as well as by keeping up-to-date with current developments and trends in change management and industry knowledge
Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, HR Management or Psychology; 6-10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in our focus areas such as change management, organizational and process design and training development; sector experience in Life Sciences or Public Sector would be an asset; Proven track record in project management and experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members; Ability to initiate and foster sustainable client relationships and build credibility and trust with multiple stakeholders in a short period of time; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English) and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible working style within multi-national teams
