Duties: This Teaching & Learning Administrator role has been designed to provide a high quality, end-to-end administration service to students and staff on Taught Programmes within the Department. The role will provide support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students from admissions and enrolment through to completion, incorporating supporting committees and processes relating to assessment, student and course records.This role works closely alongside the Department Tutor, Programme Directors, Programme Administrators, Teaching & Learning Administrators and Student Support Officer. The working relationship will be closest with the Administrator, in which they will support each other and, at agreed times, provide cover for each others duties and workload.Under the direction of a Teaching & Learning Manager and in conjunction with relevant academic staff, the postholder will ensure effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with all aspects of its administration
Requirements: The role holder must be efficient, organised and take great care in attention to detail. In addition, the role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL, thus a professional attitude, willingness to help and a positive outlook are required in order to adequately execute the duties outlined
