Position: Assistant Teaching and Learning Administrators (Talent pool)

Administrators will be expected to carry out a variety of activities in the day-to-day support and planning for programmes including providing information for timetabling, servicing committees, organising/allocating seminar groups, organising events (such as field trips, clinical placements and industrial placements), organisation around assessments (including arranging marking and inputting of marks) and attendance monitoring; Join our Teaching and Learning Talent Community; We are urgently seeking highly talented Assistant Teaching and Learning Administrators to join our exciting Teaching and Learning Administrator Talent Pool to deliver high quality frontline and critical support to students, and academics across various departments and faculties at UCL; We are looking for administrators who are immediately available to join our talent pool as we have a number of exciting roles which need to be filled before the end of September. This is due to the large numbers of students that will require support in time before they start their Undergraduate programmes in October. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new talent pool for skilled administrators who are keen to make an impact within such a critical role within UCL to provide urgent support to our Teaching and Learning teams; Key duties include coordination and administration of Courses/Programmes, student records and responding to enquiries. Providing administration support in Examinations and assessments, along with providing support with Committees, meetings and reports; Roles will be offered on a minimum 3 months fixed term contract basis, with the potential of being made permanent
Requirements: Successful candidates will thrive working in a supportive team, great multi-taskers working under pressure in a fast-paced office environment, whilst providing excellent service to students and colleagues.
