Position: PhD Student (m/w/d) Bioinformatic/Investigating food allergy and tolerance

Duties: Software development for confounding analysis of high dimensional multiomics data; Evaluation of statistical methods and further development of confounder analysis; Development of knwoledge share infrastructure within a consortium
Requirements: Master degree in computational sciences with focus on biological data, medical science with a focus on informatics or similar; Strong experience with Linux; Experience in statistical analysis, ideally of multiomics data; Strong coding skills, preferably in Perl and/or R; Experience in international interdisciplinary research groups; Experience with version control systems; Good English communication in both oral and written
