Text: Software Development Data Center Front End 80% - 100% The DaSCH is a national research infrastructure which provides a long-term repository to projects from the Humanities. This encompasses disciplines from Archaeology, History, Art History to Philosophy or History of Science. We are a dynamic team which has a broad knowledge and we work with the most modern technologies. All software created at the DaSCH is open source and we actively participate in the open source community. Your position The "Data and Service Center for the Humanities" (DaSCH) is looking for several software developers in the field of frontend/GUI development. The goal is to develop frontend components for accessing the research data from the Humanities. We are looking for people that have experience with: JavaScript TypeScript Angular and material frameworks Your profile You are interested in working in a dynamic, highly interdisciplinary environment. We are looking both for experience programmers as well as junior programmers (e.g. computer science students or similar). The degree of employment can also be handled flexibly (full time or part time). Employment is initially limited until the end of 2020, extension is possible. We offer you The 80 - 100% position is initially limited until 31 December 2020 We offer you a highly topical working environment, in a digital national research infrastructure, where you can contribute and realize your ideas. There is potential for long-term employment, from 1 January 2021, and the position is available immediately.
