Duties: The successful candidates will join the Applied Crypto Group led by Prof. Jean-Sebastien Coron. The candidates will contribute to projects in cryptography. They will perform the following tasks: Shaping research directions and producing results in one or more of the following topics: New primitives in public-key cryptography; Fully homomorphic encryption and multilinear maps; Public-key cryptanalysis; Side-channel attacks and countermeasures; Whitebox cryptography; Blockchain applications; Providing guidance to PhD and MSc students; Disseminating results through scientific publications
Requirements: A PhD degree in cryptography; Competitive research record in cryptography; Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
   
Text: UOL02315 31-Dec-2099 Company Text The Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) invites applications from PhD holders in the general area of cryptography. SnT is carrying out interdisciplinary research in secure, reliable and trustworthy ICT systems and services, often in collaboration with industrial, governmental or international partners. Possible topics of interests for the position are fully homomorphic encryption, multilinear maps, public-key cryptanalysis, side-channel attacks and countermeasures, white-box cryptography and blockchain applications. The Centre is currently expanding its research activities and is seeking highly motivated research associates who wish to pursue research in close cooperation with our partners.
