Position: HR IT Platform & Implementation Lead - SuccessFactors
Institution: Generali CEE Holding B.V.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Duties: Leading HR IT implementation stream in our project focused on digitalization and modernization of HR processes in the CEE region (12 countries); Responsibility for knowledge management and building gradually internal competencies for the future application support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors; Cooperation with Regional Process Owners as well as country representatives to successfully implement SuccessFactors modules; Responsibility for overall HR IT landscape, identification of dependencies between SuccessFactors modules and functional areas; Coordination of other related topics as integration, data migration and testing; Contribution to shaping regional HR digital strategy and its alignment with group initiatives; Leading and participating to other global and regional initiatives according to defined priorities
Requirements: Experience in implementation of HR cloud based solutions (preferably SuccessFactors) and HR IT landscape architecture; Very good understanding of technical aspects, their influence on HR cloud implementations and usability of such system by different stakeholders; Experience with SAP HCM; Ability to interconnect technical knowledge with business; Experience in leading teams; Fluency in English; Flexibility to travel

What will be your main responsibilities?
