Duties: The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC)/Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology (BIMSB) invites applications for one PhD student in the research group “Epigenetic and Sex Development” of Dr. Darío Lupiáñez. The Lupiáñez group aims at understanding gene regulation in the context of a 3D genome, by combining, single-cell omics, chromatin interaction and genome analyses. We apply these methods in mouse transgenics models and other non-model organisms to understand how genomic variation affects development, disease and evolution
