Position: Postdoctoral researcher in 3D genome regulation (f/m/d)

Duties: The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC)/Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology (BIMSB) invites applications for one postdoctoral scientist in the group “Epigenetics and Sex Development” of Dr. Darío Lupiáñez. The Lupiáñez group aims at understanding gene regulation in the context of a 3D genome, by combining-, single-cell omics, chromatin interaction and genome analyses. We apply these methods in mouse transgenic models and other non-model organisms to understand how genomic variation affects development, disease and evolution
Requirements: We are seeking outstanding postdoc candidates with a solid experimental or computational background and a strong publication record as primary author. The candidate should be enthusiastic, with a strong interest in biology, as well as motivated to work in collaborative and international environment. The ability to work independently and to contribute creatively to the research project is essential. Fluency in spoken and written English is required
   
Text: 11260 Department Epigenetics and Sex Development The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC) / Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology (BIMSB) invites applications for one postdoctoral scientist in the group “Epigenetics and Sex Development” of Dr. Darío Lupiáñez. The Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology (BIMSB), located in the center of Berlin, is a strategic expansion of the MDC to establish major expertise in the field of systems and single-cell biology (https://www.mdc-berlin.de/bimsb). As such, we are located within an intellectually vibrant, highly communicative and collaborative scientific environment that combines basic and biomedical research in molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, biochemistry and bioinformatics. The Lupiáñez group aims at understanding gene regulation in the context of a 3D genome, by combining-, single-cell omics, chromatin interaction and genome analyses.
