Position: Postdoctoral researcher in Engineering Science

Requirements: A PhD in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines; A proven experience in process engineering; meaning design, commission, optimisation of a whole process based on R&D’s specifications; Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment or biotechnologies (esp. micropollutant removal technologies); Advanced competence in laboratory and analytical work is necessary; At least 3 published journal papers in top 25% international journals of the field, and/or a strong experimentation background and experience of working in industries or university laboratories; Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory; Commitment, team working, a critical mind, and motivation are skills that are more than welcome

Within the last years, numerous interdisciplinary projects were carried out in these topics together with national and international partners.
