Position: Senior (Bio-) Statistican

Duties: Provide statistical support for researchers of all departments of the University Hospital and associated institutes; Plan and implement the statistical aspects of clinical and epidemiological research projects, from the design to the implementation and finishing with the analysis, interpretation and publishing; Develop and implement new statistical methods; Be involved in teaching and training of researchers
Requirements: An advanced academical or professional degree in (bio-/applied) statistics; Extensive experience in applied (bio-)statistics and/or epidemiology; Good programming skills, with preference for R; Experience in clinical research is an Advantage; Knowledge and experience in longitudinal data analysis, marginal structural models or structural equation models is an Advantage; Distinct critical thinking, goal-oriented approach, and capabilities for teamwork; Fluency in written and spoken English and German
