Position: Finance Administrator Medical Education

Duties: The post holder will be responsible for the financial administration of Medical Education teaching. They will assist the Departmental Manager with maintenance, monitoring and reporting of the teaching budgets and expenditure. In addition, they will create purchase orders for teaching and assessments, liaising with teaching administrators, practices and Accounts Payable to ensure payments are made correctly and on time; They will process and monitor expenses, bursaries and travel claims, ensuring that expenses are within UCL financial regulations and are supported by the correct documentation. Also they will produce invoices for the education group and liaise with central finance to ensure these have been paid
Requirements: The successful candidate will be highly organised and proactive, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to prioritise workloads. They will possess proven administrative and IT skills, including a good working knowledge of MS office packages. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential to this post, as well as attention to detail
