Position: Regional Director AO CMF Asia Pacific

Duties: Manage the budget and financial performance; Orchestrate the regional boards; Manage a team of about four professionals; Ensure professional planning and execution of educational events; Build relationships with partners; Drive innovation in education and network management; Manage communication to various stakeholders; Manage the fellowship, network, and research program; Ensure the regions’ compliance with legal, external and internal regulations
Requirements: A university or similar degree; Ideally, at least five years proven significant professional management experience in a regional function; Experience in establishing and implementing a strategic plan; A background in a medical or scientific field (experience with medical education would be an advantage); Strong leadership, project management and communication skills; A proactive and service-oriented personality and a consensus orientation; The ability to manage strong personalities; A convincing personality and ability to negotiate and work with collaborators on all levels; High resistance to stress; The willingness to travel (up to 30 percent); Fluency in English and at least one other regional language (a must)

You will provide strategic and operational management to AO CMF's boards and manage the team for the region.
