Position: Compliance Officer (m/w)

Duties: Responsible Compliance Officer for the Finance Department establishing and controlling all compliance processes to ensure conformity with the law and internal regulations reporting to the General Counsel Finance; Primarily for the asset management function including pre- and post-trade compliance, reporting to stock exchanges and regulators, employee trading controls, data protection and anti-money laundering; Acts as Compliance Analyst for the Finance Department in the Suva-Compliance-Management System and provides inputs for Suva Compliance Reporting and Processes; Additional responsibilities include IT system authorizations, compliance training and interaction with auditors and regulators
Requirements: University Masters'degree in law; Education and/or training in finance; A minimum of two years cross-border asset management experience across asset classes mandatory; Working knowledge of Swiss, EU and US Financial Regulations; Seven to ten years experience in the finance area; A commitment to working 60% on a long-term basis; Excellent English and German language skills
