Position: Project Manager Global Educational Events

Duties: Manage and support the global implementation of AO Trauma course planning processes and provide feedback for improvement opportunities; Support the coordination of educational contents and formats globally; Ensure execution of AO Trauma strategic priorities in global course planning; Develop, measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding global education, with a special focus on global/regional course planning; Coach and instruct local staff/partners in implementing, measuring and improving their course planning and implementation; Support the section head with educational process implementations and process improvements; Act as the AO Trauma contact person across the AO for business processes and performance indicators
Requirements: A higher education "Fachausweis" (or equivalent) and/or a bachelor's degree, or at least five years of professional experience in business intelligence or project management; Experience with data analysis and reporting (Tableau software and Adobe Creative Suite skills are an asset); Experience in managing projects with a strong information technology (IT) component; Familiarity with a cross-cultural/cross-disciplinary working environment; Very good communication skills in written and spoken English; Proven service orientation and service mentality; Goal orientation and motivation, and are an energetic self-starter with the ability to work in culturally diverse teams

We are looking for a highly motivated personality for our office in Davos for the position of Project Manager Global Educational Events In this role you will coordinate, control, monitor and communicate business processes and improve performance indicators globally for AO Trauma Educational Events. In this role you will be required to: Manage and support the global implementation of AO Trauma course planning processes and provide feedback for improvement opportunities. Support the coordination of educational contents and formats globally. Ensure execution of AO Trauma strategic priorities in global course planning.
