Position: Student Support AO Spine EMEA

Duties: Support the project manager in the overall organization, with tasks assigned by the project manager, contributing your own ideas proactively; Manage invoice/voucher handling; Manage participants and faculty at educational events (registration, point of contact for any questions and issues, badges, certificates, etc.); Manage travel and accommodation of faculty, invited guests, etc; Manage and coordinate logistics (material ordering, shipment); Send promotional material to the regions for display and distribution at the regional events, liaising with the education project manager/coordinator; Prepare mailings and send them out, while coordinating the activity with the responsible person
Requirements: Have completed at least one internship as part of the requirement for a commercial high school diploma; Are currently enrolled at a higher education institute (college/university); Have excellent command of Microsoft Office and Tableau Reader (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage); Have the ability to work with deadlines and under pressure; Are experienced with data processing as well as administrative tasks; Have a hands-on orientation, proactive and systematic approach to work; Are willing to take responsibility for all aspects of your work with the ability to multitask; Have very good English and German language skills (any additional language is a plus)

In our office in Dübendorf, Switzerland, we are looking for a highly motivated personality for the position of: AO Spine Paid Intern EMEA (70%, temporary) In this function you will assist the AO Spine EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Project Management Team.
