Text: Research Fellow, - Ref:1852642 Click here to go back to search results Apply Now UCL Department / Division Division of Biosciences Specific unit / Sub department Research Department of Cell and Developmental Biology Location of position London Grade 7 Hours Full Time Salary (inclusive of London allowance) £35,965 - £43,470 per annum Duties and Responsibilities A Leverhulme trust-funded Research Fellow position in neuroesthetics is available in the Laboratory of Neurobiology of Prof Semir Zeki. The Zeki Lab is devoted to the study of the visual brain and of the brain mechanisms engaged during aesthetic experiences, the field which is referred to neuroesthetics. The project is focused on cognitive neuroscience of aesthetic evaluations by using psychophysics and neuroimaging techniques, i.e. functional MRI. The post holder would be required to help finish research projects within the team providing technical assistance to Prof Zeki to organise and run experiments. The role will also involve recruiting participants, running experiments, and helping with the analysis of data. The Zeki Lab is part of the vibrant scientific environment at the Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging at UCL.
