Position: Research Fellow - Grammar & Writing Research Project

Duties: The research fellow will engage with all aspects of the Grammar and Writing Research Project funded by the Nuffield Foundation. The main purpose of the job is to ensure, in consultation with team members, that the quantitative data collection and analysis is rigorous. The work will include cleaning, organising and analysing primary quantitative data collected as part of the RCT. Project administration work will also be necessary depending on the role of other team members and IOE research administration support
Requirements: The role is most suitable for someone with quantitative social science and education research expertise; A PhD in quantitative social science with an educational focus is essential. Experience of research of relevance to early years and primary school age children will be desirable
