Position: Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Duties: Provide day-to-day assistance and support to the Head of Department and Vice-Dean, ensuring administrative and organisational matters are carried out in a confidential and efficient manner; Receive, prioritise, handle and forward incoming communication to the right person within the organisation; Manage pro-actively the calendar of the Head of Department and Vice Dean including his/her daily commitments; Organise and plan internal and external meetings; Support in creation of reports and presentations; Coordinate purchase orders, follow up invoices and reimbursement of expenses
Requirements: Bachelor/Secretarial degree and/or first experience in a comparable role; Very good knowledge in English and French, German would be considered as an advantage; Excellent communication skills; Excellent organisational and prioritizing skills with attention to detail and accuracy; High level competency of standard IT tools; Proactive, reliable, open mindedness and diplomatic with the ability to work in a fast paced international academic environment; Ability to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual environment

The new recruit shall perform highly responsible and professional services by taking care of administrative and organisational activities.
