Position: Your Tomorrow/Digital Upskilling Assistant

Duties: You help to manage the firmwide Your Tomorrow/Digital Upskilling program: Trainings, events, planning, promotion & organization, budget controlling and reporting; You are responsible for scheduling meetings, defining agendas and keeping minutes for the Your Tomorrow/Digital Upskilling team; You coordinate and work with responsible stream leads and compile the relevant information for the program management; You help to manage the Chief Digital Office processes and its applications, solutions and supporting materials firmwide; You have the possibility for a continuation of the contract after the initial six months depending on performance and the program progression
Requirements: You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus on technology, digitization, economics, business administration, mathematics, (business) informatics or similar; You have at least 1-year experience in administrative/assistant role or similar experiences; You are detail-oriented, customer service oriented and can handle multiple tasks under time pressure; You are passionate about technology, digitization, new ways of learning and you are willing to challenge the current status; You take ownership for your tasks, can work independently and are an open and co-thinking personality; You are fluent both in German and English
