Position: Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Requirements: Graduate secretary or equivalent experience in that area; 5 years of experience in administration/secretary’s office, preferably in a research or academic environment; Excellent language skills: Fluency in English and Luxemburgish, French or German would be an asset; Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; Proficiency with modern office software and content management systems; Team player, able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment; Welcoming service-solution-oriented attitude

The University of Luxembourg is inviting applications for an: Administrative Assistant (m/f) Ref: I3-50015121 Permanent contract Full time (40h/week) Employee status Mission: The jobholder’s role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History (C²DH). The jobholder will report directly to the Personal Assistant of the C²DH Director and Head of C²DH Administration. He/She will work closely with the C²DH Administrative Assistants, and the central services of the University, notably the accounting department (SFC), logistics (SLO) and suppliers. The jobholder will support new projects of the centre, including the ESCH 2022 project.
