Position: Website Administrator

Duties: EMBO is looking for a temporary support of Websites administration for EMBO Courses & Workshops. The temporary support works with the web site administrator to build EMBO Courses & Workshops websites. Specific responsibilities: Liaise with meeting organizers to provide support services including: setting up websites, online registration systems, online questionnaires, designing posters and abstract book covers, sending EMBO promotional materials etc; Building EMBO Courses & Workshops websites using the current procedures; Support the promotion of EMBO Courses & Workshops events on social media and other web platforms; Maintain a paper and electronic archive of relevant documentation
Requirements: As temporary support, you should have experience working with web pages, be able to parallel process and have an eye for aesthetics. Excellent written and oral English language skills are a prerequisite
