Collect, examine and organise legal documents; Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents and contracts; Research regulations, laws and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files and legal advice; Manage, organise and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems; Manage various correspondences between the legal department and its various global stakeholders; Assist with corporate housekeeping tasks and legal entity management; Support the preparation of legal documents for submission to various authorities when needed; Provide support with the creation and amendment of internal compliance documents; Contribute to the preparation of presentations and internal training materials; Provide routine answers to business stakeholders relating to the processes in the legal and compliance department
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from a reputable institution, preferably in Switzerland; Knowledge of Swiss legislation; 1-2 years’ or first experience as a legal assistant (preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department) in Switzerland; Detail-oriented and highly organised; Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanour; Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines; Professional fluency in English and German
