Apply online The Danish National Life Science Supercomputing Center, Computerome is an HPC facility specialized for Life Science. Users include research groups from all Danish universities and large international research consortiums as well, as users from industry and the public health care sector. They all benefit from the fast, flexible and secure infrastructure, and the ability to combine different types of sensitive data for computational analysis. Computerome is physically installed at the DTU Risø campus and managed by a strong team of specialists working at DTU Lyngby. The job We are looking for an EMC Storage Administrator to join our operations team of six. The ideal candidate is curious of nature, has strong problem solving skills and prides herself/himself in excellent customer service. In our team, you will have the opportunity of making a real difference while having diverse tasks related to the newest technology. The installation at the National Life Science Supercomputing Centre comprises of a large Linux cluster and an 8 PB file system, combined with a custom built Cloud secure environment to accommodate sensitive data handling. Besides the daily user support, our team’s responsibility is to ensure stable and secure operation at all times including the supercomputer, network, backup, Cloud and various database solutions.
